Most times we don’t think of the obvious things when planning our weekend activities. We study maps of places that are far away or try and find “secret” tips in newspapers or on blogs.
After living in Sydney for a year, I did one of the most obvious things to do on a weekend in Sydney and took my dog Rascal for a walk through Centennial Park. It’s a huge green patch on the map of Sydney, impossible to miss.
Rascal tried real hard to catch the birds but luckily wasn’t successful.
Birds are not the only animals living in the park. Can you guess what they are?
Bats. Thousands and thousands of noisy bats.
